Dedicated to the memory of Rose Lawler

This page is dedicated in loving memory of Rose Lawler. A devoted wife, loving mother, caring grandmother, doting sister, caring aunty and a special friend to many.

Rose was a fun loving lady who enjoyed social events, day trips with friends, family parties and get togethers, going out for drives in the car (even if it is only around the block), an avid reader of books and dancing the night away.

In more recent years Rose has enjoyed friendships in Little Lever Village where she frequently attended bingo at the working men's club in the evening and enjoyed daily breakfast and good company in Lennys Village Cafe, in fact she loved traveling in the car so much she would get a taxi there and back.  The local taxi company even knew her by name and also knew where she would want to go depending on the time of day.

Unfortunately due to current circumstances the amount of people allowed in the crematorium is limited to family only, therefore if you would like to pay your respects to Rose the funeral procession will leave Redcar Road at approximately 1pm, it will then travel through Little Lever village and on to the crematorium.  We welcome you to say goodbye as Rose travels on her final car journey.

In lieu of floral tributes it will be family flowers only, if anyone else wishes to pay a tribute to Rose, they may do so by donating to Bury Hospice in her name. The link for this has been attached to this page.

With love from Roses family x
